Thanks to your whole team including Jonathan, who gave an ametuer like me the confidence to get a rug that is really beautiful.  I really wanted a Heriz rug because of the geometric patterns.  He took time to educate me over the phone.  I am a very picky person and when I was not fully enamoured with my first choice, he did not make me feel embarrased to talk to him about it.  He helped me find a rug that was much more suited to my concept of my ideal rug.  Even before my first choice was out the door, he had my second choice on its way! What great integrity and kindness he showed throughout the process.  The obstacles that someone may think they have (not educated in rugs, far away such as myself in Hawaii, returning a rug or shopping with confidence over the Internet) are non-existant with 1800GetARug.  I am very happy that I chose to buy my rug from them!

Jonathan annd Matt are fabulous to work with, and when my rug came, I was immensely pleased with the quality.  Actually, this is the second rug I have purchased frtom S & H, and I am sure it will not be the last.  Their prices beat the competitors by far. Shipping is immediate and if there is any kind of question or concern, they are right on it. I ordered a runner from you yesterday, Monday.  Today, less than 24 hours
later, it was delivered to my house. I was astounded.  We unraveled the
runner and immediately knew we had made the right choice. It was even
nicer than the photographs on the website, and while it is not the best of
the ones you feature on the website, it is exactly what we wanted for the
stairs down to the playroom. It looks like it was made for those stairs:
the colors match and are rich, the pattern appropriate.  I cannot stress
how pleased we are, and we are also so pleased at how reasonable the price
was. We had drastically over-paid for a simple kilim on a trip to Turkey:
this is so much nicer and at the same price!

We ordered a very large 12x15 Persian rug from Ori and right from the beginning we were treated wonderfully. The rug came as promised, but when we opened the rug up, we were shocked to find that the quality far exceeded our expectations.

This is an amazing place with amazing rugs at great prices! I cannot tell you how happy I was to discover this wholesale warehouse. There are so many ways that I was thrilled with the service and the quality of the rugs. I am recommending this warehouse to anyone who will listen, which is why I am so happy they started a section for testimonials. (I like to spread the word when I love a place.) The owner is one of the nicest, most accommodating people I have had the privilege to work with. He goes way above and beyond the call of duty to make you feel taken care of and to help you in any way- to make your experience an exceptional one. It's worth the bit of effort, if that is what you need, to go out and check the color of the rugs or the quality. Even that trip is one that he will help you with, demonstrating great patience and kindness.

Anyway, back to the quality of the rugs. I bought two of the more contemporary designs. They are mostly wool with some silk and I am telling you, since I am a world class bargain shopper (all my friends say so), that I was given the best prices that I have ever seen for rugs of this quality and size. I go ABC all the time and also to the Odegard rug sales every year (I also get furniture there) and even their sale prices are not nearly as good as 1-800-GetaRug's base prices. There is only one thing to be sure of when buying here - work with the owner to be sure the color is correct for you. As always, online photos cannot accurately reflect the exact color of an item. And this is a big purchase, which is why I went out to see the rug myself. But I did that because the owner was meticulous in discussing the color, knowing I wanted to match the other rug as much as possible. My only regret is that I don't need any more rugs! Buy here with great confidence. They are completely trustworthy and the rugs are first class. Thank you guys for all your help!
